Apa dia "Epworth Sleepiness Scale"?
Ia merupakan 'questionnaire' yang direka untuk mengukur sejauh mana kita rasa mengantuk pada waktu siang. Ia berguna untuk mendiagnose 'SLEEP DISORDER'.
Kenapa nak tahu banyak mana kita mengantuk pada waktu siang?
Kerana ia dipengaruhi oleh keberkesanan tidur kita pada waktu malam. Jika anda rasa sangat mengantuk pada waktu siang, bermakna tidur malam anda tidak cukup atau kurang berkualiti.

best gak dpt qoilulah dlm bus..huhu :p
ader org kater, lg by study, lg byk ken tidur..sbb otak nk absob mende2 yg kiter study tuh? (eceh!!! ni alasan nk byk tidur..lol~)

Tau dah ko dan tidur memang tak boleh dipisahkan. 8 jam pun belum tentu cukup. haha.

erm, score average.. tapikan akak serieslah, saya memang detect saya tak boleh duduk lama2 sambil pandang dan dengar (kecuali tvlah) without doing nothing, confirm lost ke dunia wonderland. kalau baca buku dlm bas pun kena buku best, kalau tak sama je. aritu mendiagnose diri sendiri kena narcolepsy sbb doktor ajar mende tu tapi mcm tak la pulak sbb tu irresistible sgt la plak. ;p

ReplyDeleteBy the way CO2 retention pun boleh buat sleepiness. exercise banyak-banyak, tarik nafas dalam-dalam! Akak pun sama je macam awak. Kalau jadi passenger, confirm tak tahan lama. Tu sebab susah nak ingat jalan unless kalau drive sendiri.
